Anna Myszkowiak
Anna Myszkowiak was born in 2000 in Biłgoraj (Poland). She is a graduate of the State Secondary School of Fine Arts. C. K. Norwid in Lublin, where she obtained a diploma in woodcarving. Currently, she studies at the Faculty of Sculpture at the University of Arts in Poznań. She creates sculptures, installations and fabrics that are created by using various means of artistic expression, such as everyday objects and classic sculptural materials such as wood, metal or resin. The resulting spatial objects and drawings are the result of the need to externalize herself. In her works, she often refers to the atopic dermatitis she lives with, the issues of discomfort, delight and posthumanism. She likes when her works evoke ambivalent feelings in viewers. As she states, she has recently become more and more interested in participatory art.
